If you don't absolutely love your new Twosisters The Label item you are able to return your order for store credit if the item meets our returns conditions:
- Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Returns received after 30 days and before 39 days will incur a $10.00 late return fee
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed
- Items must still have all tags attached
- Due to hygiene concerns accessories (earrings, head pieces etc) cannot be returned unless faulty
- Items are deemed faulty at point of delivery or in an unlikely event that a wrong size has been sent and we have sold out in your preferred size
- Items are not part of a final sale promotion as listed in our Terms & Conditions hereIf you are unsure of your size and have not applied a promotional discount code, you can order the same style in two sizes or colours and return the one that does not fit for a full refund. If you return both items, you will receive a refund for one item and store credit for the other.
An exception to the above is if you have used your unique welcome code on your first purchase for the same style in different sizes; if you return both items, you are able to receive a refund for one item and store credit for the other.

I purchased this dress for a very special occasion quite a few weeks in advance, I tried it on and it fit very nicely. Unfortunately, when I put it on the day of the event, I noticed lots of holes appearing all over the dress. As I was on my way out the door with no other dress to wear, and the holes (stitches breaking and coming apart) were only on the outer layer (the lining was intact), I had no choice but to wear it. It was a bit embarrassing, and disappointing considering the cost.
After explaining my situation to customer service, they explained that the policy is that once the dress has been worn they do not offer refunds, so I was only able to get $23 back for repairs.
As it appears the dress is faulty with loose stitching for the stretchy material, this will not be enough to cover the cost of current and future repairs.
I would recommend moving around in the dress when you try it on, so that you can be sure you don’t have the same fault and can hopefully return it.

Thank you for your feedback! We are genuinely sorry that your dress experienced issues with the stitching as expressed in our email correspondence. However as this garment was worn and we were not informed of any faults prior, the only compensation that could be offered was the 15% refund that has since been issued back to your original payment method. We can understand how upsetting this must be as it was a garment purchased for a specific occasion, unfortunately however as you have worn this garment we can no longer offer a replacement or a refund as we cannot be sure of the manner in which this garment was treated while in your possession. As there are no longer any tags on the dress we are unable to be sure that this was a manufacturing fault that caused the loose stitching.
We never like to have our customers disappointed, for this reason we have clear policies in place that we adhere to at all times so that both the company and the customers are aware of the transaction they are entering into. All faults need to be declared to us within 14 days of when the garment has arrived, we will then assist in finding a solution that ensures the customer is left satisfied with their time shopping with us. However we do know that sometimes faults are not prevalent until they have been properly put on for the event itself, in circumstances such as this if the customer chooses to proceed with wearing the dress we offer the 15% refund as a standard reimbursement for mending fees, as such this was the most we could offer to compensate you with as this is the same amount issued to all other customers who have experienced such an issue. - EJEbony Jasmine B.Verified BuyerRated 5 out of 5 stars2 years agoFigure Hugging Dress

I love the style of this dress and its super flattering but the colour is a wee bit meh - I feel like it could do with a bit of shine or something through it. Great quality could just be a bit more vibrant. I will keep it for my daughters wedding but will probably keep looking to see what else I find.

This dress is simply stunning, it is very flattering and comfortable to wear. The fabric is high quality and has a nice amount of stretch in it. I have bought it to wear to my daughters wedding in October, and I know I will wear it again afterwards!
